摘要
自上世纪80年代以来,STS为教育领域带来了全新的发展理念,我国高校开展STS教育也取得了一定成绩,但从国际比较来看,我国高校STS教育尚未形成体系,究其原因,师资水平与新教育理念的差距是症结之一。因此,高校教师的工作重塑是解决问题的突破口,同时需要校方提供恰当的支持。本文基于STS教育理念,对高校教师工作重塑进行了分析,分别探讨了高校教师在STS教育中任务重塑、关系重塑、认知重塑,并对校方应提供的支持提出了建议,以期为推进STS理念在高校教育中的实践进程和高校教师的自我完善提供参考。
Since the 1980 s, STS has brought some new concepts to educational field, and made certain achievements in Chinese colleges. But compared with some other countries, STS education in our universities and colleges is immethodical. The major cause is the gap between teachers' qualification and the new educational concept. Therefore, college teachers' job remolding is a breakthrough point to solve the problem,which needs the colleges to provide some support. Based on the concept of STS education, this paper discusses college teacher's job remolding in three dimensions: task remolding, relation remolding and cognition remolding. The paper gives some suggestions to college administrators in order to promote teacher 's job remolding, carry out STS education successfully, and help university teachers' self-improvement.
