应用技术型高校实践活动对隐性德育影响的思考

Effects of Practice on Concealed Moral Education in Application-oriented Colleges

随着市场经济的发展,社会对应用型人才的需求不断加大,应用型人才的德育显得格外重要。隐性德育的实施是学校提高德育效果的一种重要方式,实践活动是隐性德育的有效载体,在大学生隐性德育上具有价值导向、锻炼素质、坚定意志、提高适应能力的功能。本文通过文献检索和问卷调查,探索应用技术型高校实践活动对隐性德育的影响。

With the development of market economy,the demand of the society for application-oriented talents is increasing. Moral education of talents is especially important. Concealed moral education causes major improvement of moral education in colleges, while practical activity has been an effective carrier for concealed moral education, which can influence the students＇ value orientation, better their training quality,enhance their strong will, and improve their adaptability. With the help of literature searching and a survey,this paper discussed the effect of practice on concealed moral education in application-oriented college.
