创新驱动发展战略下高校科技成果转化的对策研究

Transformation of University Scientific and Technological Achievements in the Innovation-Driven Situation

文章分析了近五年全国高校科技活动状况,指出科技成果转化存在符合市场需求的科技成果偏少、高校科技成果转化质量不高等问题,并对其原因进行了分析,进而从完善科技成果转化政策体系、深化高校科研管理体制改革、完善成果转化的市场体制机制、营造成果转化的良好环境、健全多渠道资金投入机制等五个方面提出了高校科技成果转化的对策。

Scientific and technological activities of colleges and universities in the past five years were analyzed. The results pointed out that the transformation of university scientific and technological achievements fail to meet the needs of the market neither qualitatively nor quantitatively. This article analyzed the causes and put forward five suggestions for enhancing the transformation,i.e. improving the policy system, deepening the reform of university scientific research system, setting up a better transformation mechanism, building a good exterior environment, and establishing a multi investment platform.
