有关化工原理的计算通常包括设计型计算和操作型计算两大类型,其中,设计型计算是化工原理教学的重点。本文以简单管路、换热器、吸收塔和精馏塔的设计型计算为例,总结了各种不同设备设计型计算的一般步骤,加深了学生对设计型计算过程的理解,有利于学生对化工原理设计型计算的掌握。

The calculation of chemical engineering principles usually includes two types：design calculation and operation calculation. The former is the focus of chemical engineering principle teaching. Taking the design calculation of simple pipeline, heat exchanger, absorption tower and distillation tower as examples, this paper summarizes the general procedures of calculation. This analysis is beneficial for students in their understanding and mastering chemical engineering design calculation.
