ZnFe_2O_4/ZnO-rGO催化毛棉油制备生物柴油的研究

摘要 生物柴油作为一种易降解的、无毒的、环境友好型的燃料,受到人们的高度关注。为了提高制备生物柴油转酯化反应的转化率,简化工艺流程,以ZnO、Zn(NO_3)_2、Fe(NO_3)_3、石墨烯为原料,通过化学沉淀法、氧化还原法制备高活性、易回收、操作简单的磁性光催化剂——ZnFe_2O_4/ZnO-rGO。并探讨了采用该催化剂进行转酯化反应时,各因素对生物柴油产率的影响,得到了最佳的工艺条件为:催化剂用量4%,醇油摩尔比9∶1,反应2.5h。在此条件下毛棉油的转酯化率可达到97.3%。 It is important to develop and prepare some new and reproducible fuel.Biodiesel, re- garded as an important degradable, nontoxic and environment-friendly fuel, has been receiving more and more attention from people. In order to improve the rate of transesterification, and simplify the step of process,a photocatalyst (ZnFe2 O4/ZnO-rGO) with high activity, high re- cyclability is prepared by ZnO, Zn (NO3) 2, Fe (NO3) 3 through chemical precipitation, redox re- actions.Additionally,it discusses the conditions of transesterification of crude cottonseed oil and methanol with this catalyst.h finds that the amount of catalyst of 4% ,the molar ratio of meth- anol to cottonseed oil of 9:l,the time of 2.5 h,and the conversion can reach to 97.3%.
