摘要
锆盐转化膜正成为一种主流的金属防腐前处理工艺。其中,槽液抗老化性能对该技术在工业中实际应用至关重要。从槽液静置时间和使用次数两方面研究槽液对冷轧板材表面锆盐转化膜性能的影响,结果表明:槽液在pH=6.20时极限静置时间为14d,使用极限为40块冷轧板;在pH=3.72时极限静置时间为28d以上。
Zirconium salt conversion film is becoming one of popular pretreatments for metal corrosion protection. During the process, the anti-aging performance of the groove liquid is very important to its practical application in industry. The influence of groove liquid on proper- ties of zirconium salt conversion film is investigated in the research with cold-roll steel sheets as template, from the aspects of bath standing time and usage time. The results show that groove liquid can be standing for 14 d in pH=6.20 environment, more than 28 d in pH=3.72 envi- ronment. The limits of groove liquid with pH: 6.20 is 40 sheets.
