摘要
本文总结了旅游消费者权益保护制度存在的缺陷,并针对问题提出了完善旅游消费者权益保护立法制度等解决措施。
The defect in the protection of the legal rights of the tourist consumers is summarized in this essay,and the measures to solve the problems are given in this essay,that is to improve the rules to protect the consumers＇ rights.
