摘要
宜兴紫砂陶艺是全手工制作,脑心手合一的结晶。面对传统民族文化专业,通过现代学徒制在紫砂陶艺专业中的贯彻运行,建立地方、学校、行业整体联动的管理机制,建立全方位的培养机制。组建师资团队,构建课程体系;完善基地建设,建立相应保障机制;使紫砂陶艺传统工艺进一步发扬光大,完善"无业者有业,有业者乐业"的职业教育。
Yixing pottery is all hand-made, which is the combination of mind, heart and hands. Facing the traditional national culture specialty, we should establish the management mechanism with the linkage of the local regions, schools and industry and establish comprehensive cultivation mechanism through the implementation of modern apprenticeship in Yixing pottery specialty. Moreover, we should construct a full range of teaching faculty and the curriculum system, improve the base construction and establish the corresponding safeguard mechanism, in order to carry forward the traditional Yixing pottery craftwork and promote vocational education.
