摘要
为提高目前滚筒洗衣机的工作性能以及使用寿命,以内筒组件(三脚架与主轴)的结构特性为研究对象,建立PRO/E三维模型,基于有限元分析软件Ansys/Workbench强大的结构分析功能,在最恶劣的工况下,对内筒组件进行强度校核及分析。将三脚架置于不同位置载荷下,对其进行最大应力的对比分析,通过应力分布特性,确定了三脚架结构的周期性承载特性。基于Ansys/Workbench对内筒组件的结构优化方法为滚筒洗衣机设计的可靠性提供了新途径,对于滚筒洗衣机新产品的开发有着重要的指导意义。
In order to improve the working performance and service life of a drum washing machine,the structure analysis of the drum assembly,including spider and main shaft,is chosen to be the research object. The three-dimensional model was created by PRO / E. Based on the strong structure analysis function of Analysis / Workbench,the strength check and analysis were done on the drum assembly in the worst condition. According to the stress distribution characteristic,the maximum stress value that the spider bears can be contrasted and analyzed with different loads,thereby ascertaining the periodic properties of spider structure loads. The structure analysis and optimization method for the drum assembly based on Ansys / Workbench provides a new way of developing new products of drum washing machines.
