摘要
研究了不同接种方式对亚香棒虫草菌丝体侵染家蚕的影响,亚香棒虫草菌丝体侵染不同寄主及龄期的选择和侵染虫体后菌丝体总蛋白的差异。结果表明,液体种菌球塞入法为最佳接种方式,湖南棒蝠蛾幼虫和3-4龄家蚕为亚香棒虫草菌丝体最佳侵染寄主幼虫,10℃为最适培养温度;同时,菌丝体侵染虫体后总蛋白质有明显的量或种类的不同。研究结果可为亚香棒虫草人工栽培的后续深入研究提供参考。
The present study was designed to investigate the effect of different inoculation methods on the mycelium of Cordyceps hawkesii infected silkworm,the host and host-stage selection,and the difference of total protein of mycelium after infection. The results suggested that the best inoculation method was cramming liquid mycelium pellets,the best infected host larvae were Napialus hunanensis and three to four ages of mulberry silkworm,the best cultural temperature was about 10 ℃. In addition,the amount or type of total protein of mycelium was difference obviously after infected polypide.These results would provide references for artificial cultivating of Cordyceps hawkesii in the future.
