摘要
本试验以伊犁昭苏马场的天然割草地及人工草地、外调苜蓿等青干草资源为原料,进行感官评价及营养成分分析,测定其品质,给予较全面的等级评价。结果表明,外调苜蓿和人工、天然割草地牧草高度分别为71.67 cm、67.00 cm、47.17 cm,相比之间有极显著差异(P<0.01)。外调苜蓿和人工、天然割草地牧草的粗蛋白(CP)含量分别为13.63%、12.55%、7.75%,其中苜蓿的粗蛋白含量最高,各处理间有显著差异(P<0.05)。不同青干草的中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)和半纤维含量之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。青干草资源品质的评价结果表明,外调苜蓿的品质最佳,评价结果为二级牧草,人工草地七月份进行刈割的青干草其品质的评价均属于2级牧草,八月份进行刈割的青干草属于三级牧草;天然割草地的青干草品质最低,属于四级牧草。
The test, based on natural mowing grassland, artificial grassland and alfalfa from other areas in Yili Zhaosu horse ranch,, evaluates by sensory evaluation method and analyses their nutritional ingredients, measures their quality and comprehensively evaluates their grade. The results show that, the grass length of alfalfa, artificial grassland and natural mowing grassland are 71.67 cm; 67.00 cm; 47.17 cm respectively, there are significant differences between different hay (P〈0.01). CP content of alfalfa and natural mowing or artificial grasslands are13.63 % , 12.55 % and7.75 % respectively, significantly higher than local hay (P〈 0.05). The content of neutral detergent fiber content and acid detergent fiber content and hemicellulose have no significant differences between each different hay(P〉0.05). The evaluation on the quality of hay resources show that the quality of alfalfa from other areas is the best, which is listed in 2nd grade. The quality of artificial grassland cut in July belongs to 2nd grade, the hay grass cut in August belongs to 3rd grade. The quality of natural mowing grasslands hay is lowest, which belongs to 4th grade.
