Research Progress of Urban Multi-functional Forest Management

为了顺应从合理利用、适度开发转变为以保护和多功能经营为主的林业发展趋势,根据中国城市森林发展的需求建立完善的城市森林可持续经营体系,介绍了城市森林的发展及近况,综述国内外城市森林多功能经营的相关法律法规及建设实践,以及各国家和地区的森林多功能经营现状,以期为中国城市森林及多功能经营提供参考与指导。

The aims of the study are to adapt to the trend of transforming forest from reasonable utilization and moderate development to protection and multi-functional management, and to establish the sustainable urban forest management system in light of the requirements of urban forest development in China. The present situation and development of urban forest in China was introduced. Then the development progresses of multi-functional forest management in both foreign countries such as the United States, Germany, Japan, and China’s Hongkong, Taiwan and mainland were reviewed. Meanwhile, the relevant laws and regulations of the above countries and regions were summarized in order to provide reference for urban multi- functional forest management in China.
