Taiwan's Higher Vocational Education Development Pattern and Its Enlightenment to China's Mainland

从教育定位、人才培养方式、国际竞争力等方面,分析台湾地区高等职业教育人才培养特点,并从学校定位、体系建设、办学渠道、评价与激励机制等方面探讨台湾高等职业教育模式对大陆高职教育的启示。

This paper first analyzes the characteristics of higher vocational education in the area of Taiwan in terms of educational orientation and modes, and international competitiveness. Then, it states then enlightenment that higher vocational education of China's Mainland can gain from Taiwan＇s practice as far as school orientation, system construction, enrollment, way of school running, evaluation and incentive mechanism are concerned.
