摘要
目前,我国高职院校"双师型"教师在职培训工作中尚存的主要问题是:高职院校未充分发挥校本培训的优势,未充分发挥企业在师资职培训中的作用,"双师型"教师在职培训的外部条件还有待进一步完善。为此,可借鉴德国职教师资在职培训的经验和做法,结合我国国情,进一步创新校本培训形式,增进校企合作培训,完善"双师型"教师在职培训的外部条件,从而保证高职院校"双师型"教师素质不断提高,实现师资队伍的可持续发展。
Currently,there is a great deal of problems existing in the on-the-job training in higher vocational colleges in China. For instance,the advantage of school-based training is still underdeveloped,enterprises play limited role in training for teachers,and the external conditions should be improved. Therefore,combined the situation of China we should learn from the advanced experience and methods of the on-the-job training of vocational teachers in Germany. In addition,it is required to innovate the school-based training mode,enhance school-enterprise cooperation in training,and perfect the external training conditions for double-competency teachers to guarantee the improvement of quality of double-competency teachers and realize the sustainable development of teaching staff.
