基于团体辅导的高职医学生职业生涯规划研究

Research on Students' Career Planning for Medical Students in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Group Counseling

目前对高职院校学生的职业生涯规划教育还不能满足学生的就业需求。通过对高职医学专业学生开展职业生涯规划的团体辅导,了解他们的心理特点和职业生涯需求,关注其职业目标和职业价值观,在一定程度上提高了他们的人际交往能力、自我认识能力,并澄清了与医学专业学生就业相关的价值倾向问题,说明团体辅导是提升大学生职业规划针对性和有效性的途径和方法。

At present,students＇ career planning in higher vocational college can＇t meet the employment requirement. Based on the group counseling for medical students in higher vocational colleges,it is necessary to understand their psychological characteristic and career requirements,pay attention to their career objective and career values,improve their interpersonal skills,self-cognition ability and demonstrate their value orientation related to employment. As can be seen clearly from the research,the group counseling is a well-directed and effective method to enhance the career planning for college students.
