摘要
产品和服务的质量成为人们日益关切的问题,质量改进有赖于质量管理水平的提高,而质量管理又涉及参与其中的"人"及其背后的"文化"特质。基于这一逻辑,文章提出了"思维公差"这一概念,并分析了质量"思维公差"的文化源因以及导致质量"思维公差大"的社会学源因。
People pay more attention to the quality of products and services at present. The quality improvement depends on the level of quality management,while the quality management involves the staff's participation and the inner culture. Hence,this paper puts forward the concept of thinking tolerance and analyzes the cultural origin of thinking tolerance as well as the social science source.
