摘要
本研究旨在分析不同土壤干旱胁迫下接种Burkholderia sp.LD-11菌株对玉米荧光参数的影响。在温室中培养2种玉米骨干品系,接种Burkholderia sp.LD-11菌株,干旱处理后测定相关生理指标。结果表明,随干旱胁迫程度的增加,Fv/Fm值变小,且实验组大于对照组;而Fv’/Fm’、产量、ETR三者,在实验组中的变化幅度小于对照组的;在q N值方面,实验组均小于对照组。因此,本研究说明土壤接种Burkholderia sp.LD-11菌株能在一定程度上缓解干旱胁迫对玉米光合系统的损伤。
The objective was to analyze the inoculation with Burkholderia sp.LD- 11 on the fluorescence parameters of maize under different soil drought stresses. Two maize lines were cultured in the greenhouse, andthen inoculated with Burkholderia sp.LD-11. After the drought stress, the relative physiological indexes weredetected. The results showed that with drought stress increasing, Fv/Fm value declined, and Fv/Fm value ofexperimental group was more than that of the control group. While the changes of Fv'/Fm', yield and ETR inexperimental group were less than those of the control group. Moreover, q N of experimental group was alwaysless than that of the control group. Therefore, the present study showed that Burkholderia sp.LD- 11 strain could partially alleviate the damage of drought stress on maize.
