基于小波分解的压力管道泄漏源定位研究 被引量:5

摘要 在实验室的条件下模拟压力管道裂纹微泄漏源的声发射信号处理与泄漏源定位.本文采用小波变换的方法对微泄漏源声发射信号进行降噪分析.结果表明小波变换能够很好的解决连续型声发射信号的降噪问题.首先对泄漏源声发射信号进行3层小波分解降噪,滤除高频噪声信号,再对泄漏源低频信号进行提取与重构,以准确的提取连续型泄漏源声发射信号的故障频率.通过对位于泄漏源两侧的传感器采集到信号进行小波降噪、重构后的信号进行互相关分析定位泄漏源的位置. The simulation of acoustic emission signal processing of pressure pipeline crack micro leakage with the localization of the leaking source was carried out under the laboratory condition. The acoustic emission signal noise reduction of micro leakage source was analyzed by using the wavelet transform. Results show that wavelet transform can well solve the problem of noise reduction of the continuous acoustic emission signal. Firstly,three layer wavelet noise reduction of acoustic emission signal from the leakage source were conducted,filtering out high frequency noise signal. Then,the low-frequency signal of the leakage source was reconstructed to accurately extract the essential characteristics of acoustic emission signal of the continuous leakage source. The sensor signal was collected on either side of the leakage source to carry out the wavelet de- noising of the collected signal and the cross-correlation analysis of the signal reconstruction. Finally,the leakage source was pinpointed.
