摘要
针对钢绞线加强预应力混凝土空心板的实际工况,提出了一种新型的钻进用工程钻头设计,优化和改进了胎体配方设计和刀头齿形。通过实际的钻进测试,新型钻头设计的钻进效率提升20%以上,且无钻进过程卡死现象发生,特别切合钢绞线加强混凝土空心板的高效钻进作业。
A new diamond drill bits design has been proposed based on the actual working conditions of steel strand rein-forced prestressed concrete hollow-core slabs, in which the matrix formula design and tool bit shape has been optimized and developed. The actual drilling test shows that the drilling efficiency has been improved by over 20% without any stuck phenomenon. It is particularly suited for the high-efficiency drilling to steel strand rein-forced prestressed concrete hollow-core slabs.
