超声定位下微创治疗低位肛周脓肿22例报告

Minimally invasive treatment of low rectal abscess in 22 cases guided by ultrasound

目的探讨超声定位下微创治疗低位肛周脓肿的应用价值。方法采用超声定位下的微创方法治疗22例低位肛周脓肿患者,观察其治疗效果。结果 22例患者均一次性穿刺成功,经过一次治疗痊愈13例,二次治疗痊愈8例,三次治疗痊愈1例,治疗总有效率为100.0%。术后随访6个月,无形成肛瘘者。结论采用超声定位可提高穿刺的成功率,保证微创治疗效果,具有出血量少、痛苦小等优点,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical value of minimally invasive treatment of low rectal abscess guided by ultrasound. Methods 22 patients with low rectal abscess were treated by minimally invasive method guided by ultrasound,and the therapeutic effect was observed. Results Both patients were all one-time puncture success,in which 13 cases were healed after the first treatment,8 cases of patients were recovered after a second treatment,1 case of patient was recovered after three times treatment; the total effective rate was 100. 0%. A 6-month follow-up was carried out after operation,there were no patients with anal fistula. Conclusion The ultrasonic positioning can improve puncture success rate,and ensure the effect of minimally invasive treatment with less bleeding,less pain,etc.,it is worth of clinical application.
