构建临床医学专业学位研究生与规范化培训住院医师"双轨合一"培养机制是推动国家"医教协同"战略,建立一体化人才培养体系,培养高水平临床医师的客观需要。驱动机制、协同机制、整合机制和约束机制是"双轨合一"人才培养机制构建的核心,是推动临床医学专业学位研究生培养与住院医师规范化培训衔接的重要动力。

It is the objective need of promoting national strategy ＂cooperation of medicine and teaching ＂,of setting up integrated talent training system,of training high level clinical physicians for the construction of mechanism between the graduate student of clinical medicine and standardized training resident. The core of talent cultivation mechanism contains some elements,such as driving mechanism,coordination mechanism,integration mechanism and constraint mechanism.It is also the important motivation of driving the cohesion between clinical medicine graduate students cultivation and resident standardization training.
