摘要
科室轮转有助于锻炼护理人员的业务能力,保证整个护理团队的整体水平。肿瘤科患者的营养干预、心理护理、疼痛护理等知识专科性强,对护理人员要求更高。传统"教师主教、学生主学"的带教方式存在一定的局限性。本研究对23名观察组轮转护士采取了交互式教学方法进行带教,并与22名采用传统带教的对照组轮转护士进行对比,结果发现观察组护士理论成绩、操作技术成绩、健康教育成绩三科考试成绩均高于对照组,且评判性思维能力也较对照组有了显著的提高。
Personnel department rotary is useful inexercising the nursing staff's professional skills,ensuring the level of carewithin the overall the team. Knowledge of nutrition intervention,psychological nursing and pain nursing for oncology patients areprofessional and put forward higher requires to the nursing staff. The traditional teaching mode "teacher led,student master" has certain limitation. 23 rotary nurses in oncology department were taught with interactive teaching,and other 22 cases were taught with traditional teaching. The results showed that the scores of theory,operation technology and health education in observation group was higher than that of the control group,and critical thinking ability can be significantly increased in observation group.
