摘要
目的:探讨健康教育路径对甲状腺手术患者的影响。方法:将60例甲状腺手术住院患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例,对照组患者给予常规健康教育,观察组患者按照制定好的健康教育路径表实施健康教育,比较2组患者健康知识掌握情况、患者满意度以及自我护理能力。结果:观察组患者健康知识掌握率为96.67%,满意度为100%,均显著高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);除自我概念维度外,观察组在自我护理能力总分以及自理责任感、健康知识水平、自我护理技能3个维度得分干预前后差值均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育路径能够提高甲状腺手术住院患者健康知识掌握程度和自我护理能力,提高患者满意度。
[Objective]To explore the influence of health education path on patients with thyroidsurgery. [Method]60 cases hospitalized patients with thyroidsurgery were divided into observation group and control group. Patients in control group were given routine health education and patients in observation group were given health education path according to a prior planning table. The obtained situation of health education,patients satisfaction and self- care abilityof patients were compared.[Result]The obtained rate of health education in observation group was 96. 67% and the patients satisfaction degree was 100. 00%. They were both significantly higher than that of the control group. Besides self- concept dimensions,the difference before and after intervention of the sense responsibility,including ESCA total score and other three dimension score in observation group was higher than that of control group. The difference was statistically significant( P 〈0. 05). [Conclusion]Health education path can improve health knowledge level and self- care ability in thyroidsurgical patients and improve patients' satisfaction.
