信息化质量管理在输血全过程中的应用

Application of information quality management in the whole process of blood transfusion

目的:探讨信息化质量管理在临床用血全过程中的应用,保障临床用血安全、合理、规范、有效。方法:与软件公司合作结合实际要求开发改进临床用血全过程管理软件,把临床用血的关联科室有机地组合在一起,共同实现临床用血全过程网络化以及有效的监控和预警。结果:经过一年多时间的临床应用,在抗筛检测覆盖率、输血申请单合格率、输血反应的回馈率、输血指征的符合率等方面有明显的进步,分别提高了20.9%、14.7%、6.8%、11.2%。结论:临床用血全过程的信息化质量控制是有效解决临床用血安全的合理而规范的方法,建议各地输血科根据实际情况因地制宜开发出适合自己的临床用血管理程序,努力提升输血科建设的内涵。

[Objective]To explore the application of information quality management in the clinical transfusion of the whole process,and to ensure the clinical safety,rational,standardized and effective of blood transfusion.[Method]Combined with the actual requirements of the software company to develop and improve the clinical use of the whole process management software,clinical use of the organic combination for the Department,to achieve clinical use of the whole process of network and effective monitoring and early warning.[Result]After more than one year of clinical application,in the blood type of the consistency of this review,the screening test coverage,blood transfusion application rate,blood transfusion reaction rate,blood bag recovery of the timeliness had obvious progress,increasing 20. 9%,14. 7%,6. 8%,11. 2%,respectively. [Conclusion]The quality control of the whole process for clinical use was effectively to solve the clinical use of blood safety,reasonable and standard method,it was recommended that all parts of the blood transfusion department according to the actual situation to develop appropriate clinical use of blood management procedures,and strive to enhance the construction of blood transfusion.
