河南省2015年健康人群麻疹、风疹、流行性腮腺炎抗体水平监测

Antibody Levels of Measles,Rubella and Mumps in a Healthy Population in Henan Province in 2015

目的了解河南省2015年健康人群麻疹、风疹、流行性腮腺炎(流腮)抗体水平,为确定新的免疫策略提供依据。方法随机选择河南省3个县(区)8个年龄组共420名健康人群采集血标本,用酶联免疫吸附试验测定血清中麻疹、风疹、流腮的Ig G抗体。结果在420名观察对象中,麻疹、风疹、流腮抗体阳性率分别为89.05%、77.14%、77.86%,抗体几何平均浓度(GMC)分别为866.16m IU/ml、52.64IU/ml、411.15IU/ml。麻疹、风疹抗体阳性率、GMC在各年龄组之间、各地区之间均有显著性差异;流腮抗体阳性率、GMC在各年龄组之间无显著性差异,但在地区之间有显著性差异。结论河南省健康人群麻疹、风疹、流腮抗体水平相对较低,存在年龄和地区差异,必须加强弱势区域和重点年龄组含麻疹、风疹、流腮成分疫苗的接种工作。

Objective To determine antibody levels of measles,rubella,and mumps in a healthy population in Henan province in 2015,and to provide evidence for the immunization strategy of measles,rubella and / or mumps containing vaccines（ MMRCV）. Methods A total of 420 healthy people were randomly selected from 8 age groups in 3 counties of Henan province. Serum samples were collected from all subjects for testing Ig G antibodies for measles,rubella,and mumps using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ ELISA）. Results Among the 420 subjects,positivity rates for measles,rubella,and mumps antibody were 89. 05%,77. 14%,and 77. 86%,respectively,and the geometric mean concentrations（ GMCs） were 866. 16 m IU/ml,52. 64IU/ml,and 411. 15IU/ml,respectively. There were significant differences in positivity rates or GMCs of measles and rubella antibody by age group and county; no significant differences in positivity rates or GMCs for mumps antibody were seen by age group but were by county. Conclusions Antibody levels of measles,rubella and mumps were low in healthy people in Henan province,with significant differences by age and / or by region. MMR immunization should be strengthened in priority areas and / or age groups.
