脊髓损伤猪模型建立的一般过程 被引量:1

摘要 脊髓损伤(SCI)的发病率随着现代交通和建筑事业的发展而逐年上升,给患者及患者家属带来极大的精神及经济负担。尽管对于SCI患者的临床处理已经有一定提高且可采用多种手段限制继发性损伤,但患者神经功能的恢复依旧有限,众多患者依然长期伴随神经功能不全或丧失。因此,科研工作者们尝试从多方面找寻SCI治疗的方式和方法,例如干细胞移植〔1〕、MicorRNA调节通路〔2〕、神经再生〔3〕、低温〔4〕、电刺激〔5〕、
