转化生长因子β信号通路与骨关节炎 被引量:4

摘要 骨关节炎(OA)是中老年人常见的一种慢性退行性关节疾病,以骨质增生、关节肿痛和活动受限为主要临床表现,以关节软骨破坏、软骨下骨硬化、骨赘形成及滑液组织纤维化为主要病理改变,最终致残。OA的确切病因至今不明,目前认为是生物性因素与机械性因素共同作用的结果。转化生长因子(TGF)-β是一种多功能生长因子,在关节软骨的形成、稳定及修复过程中发挥重要作用。TGF-β信号分子刺激软骨的形成,
