呼吸内科护理敏感性质量指标体系的构建

Development of a nursing-sensitive quality indicator system in respiratory medicine department

目的构建具有科学性、系统性、临床适用性的呼吸内科护理敏感性质量指标体系。方法以"结构-过程-结果"质量管理模式为理论依据,采用循证分析法、半结构式专家访谈、Delphi专家咨询及层次分析法,确定呼吸内科护理敏感性质量指标体系及各指标权重。结果 2轮函询问卷的有效回收率分别为100%、90.9%,权威系数Cr值分别为0.820、0.865,协调系数W值分别为0.131、0.286,具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。指标体系共包括一级指标3项,二级指标14项,三级指标68项。结论呼吸内科护理敏感性质量指标体系设置合理,构建过程科学。

Objective To construct a scientific,systematic and applicable nursing-sensitive quality indicator sys- tem in respiratory medicine department. Methods Based on Donabedian＇s ＂structure-process-outcome＂ theory,evi- dence-based analysis,semi-structured interview,Delphi method and AHP method were adopted to determine the nursing-sensitive quality indicator system and indicators＇ weight in respiratory medicine department. Results After two rounds expert advisory,the effective response rates were 100%,90.9%; Cr coefficients were 0.820,0.865;W coefficients were 0.131,0.286,and P values were all less than 0.01. The index system consisted of 3 first-level indica- tors, 14 second-level indicators,and 68 third-level indicators. Conclusion The constructed nursing-sensitive quality in- dicator system in respiratory medicine department can provide references for evaluating respiratory medicine quality of care in a scientific and rational way.
