摘要 目的探讨微课教学联合标准化病人考核在精神科护理风险评估技能培训中的应用效果。方法在我院精神科8个护理单元采用微课教学和标准化病人考核的方法培训精神科护理风险评估技能,分析护士考核成绩,并采用问卷调查方式和量表评价微课教学效果和护理关怀行为。结果护士的风险评估技能考核成绩达到考核要求,护士对微课教学效果的满意度较高,培训前后护士的护理关怀行为量表得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微课教学法能提高护士风险评估能力,促进护士人文关怀行为;护士认可微课培训形式,标准化病人在考核中发挥重要作用。 Objective To explore the application effect of micro-lectures teaching combined with standardized pa- tients in training of risk assessment skills in psychiatric nursing. Methods The teaching style of micro-lectures combined with standardized patients was performed in eight nursing units in our hospital. The scores of nursing risk assessment skills were analyzed after training,and questionnaires were used to evaluate teaching effect and caring behaviors of nurses. Results The scores of nursing risk assessment skills achieved learning goals and re- quirements. The satisfaction for micro-lectures of nurses was higher. The difference in scores on humanistic caring behavior scale before and after training had statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion Micro-lectures teaching is suitable for clinical training of psychiatric nursing and can promote the risk assessment skills of nurses and en- courage humanistic caring behaviors. Micro-lectures teaching is accepted by nurses,and standardized patients can play a very important role in appraisal.
