摘要
患者男,53岁,因"右头面部红斑、水疱伴疼痛6天,呕吐、呼吸困难2天"入院,入院1天后开始持续发热、乏力、双侧头痛、头晕,伴全身散在水疱。HIV抗体初筛及确诊试验均阳性。诊断:1、播散性带状疱疹;2、水痘-带状疱疹病毒性脑炎;3、HIV感染。给予膦甲酸钠氯化钠3.0g,2次/d抗病毒、营养神经、止痛、调节免疫治疗,效果明显。
We report a 53-year-old male who presented the right head facial erythematous, blisters with pain for 6 days, vomiting, dyspneic 2 days before admission. There are persistent fever, fatigue, bilateral headache and dizziness with scattered blister on body. HIV antibody screening and confirmed diagnosis tests were positive. The diagnosis was： 1.Disseminated herpes zoster; 2.Herpes zoster viral encephalitis; 3. HIV infection. We given a antiviral treatment of Foscarvir 3.0g, Bid, and nerve nutritive, analgesic, the clinical effect is obvious.
