复方甘草酸苷片联合综合疗法治疗变应性皮肤血管炎34例临床观察

Clinical Observation of Compound Glycyrrhizin Combined with Comprehensive therapy in the Treatment of 34 Case with Allergic Cutaneous Vasculitis

目的观察复方甘草酸苷联合综合疗法治疗变应性皮肤血管炎的疗效和安全性。方法将入选的66例变应性皮肤血管炎患者随机分为两组,全部患者予口服复方芦丁、维生素C、双嘧达莫等综合治疗,治疗组(34例)同时予口服复方甘草酸苷片。分别于用药前、用药第2,4和6周末观察病情变化情况及皮损数目、全身及局部不良反应。结果治疗2周后,治疗组与对照组有效率分别为38.23%和18.75%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗4周后分别为64.70%和34.37%,治疗6周后为85.29%和56.25%,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组患者均未出现明显不良反应。结论复方甘草酸苷片治疗变应性皮肤血管炎疗效确切,值得临床医生应用。

ObjectiveTo observe the efficacy and safety of compound glycyrrhizin combined with comprehensive therapy in the patients with allergic cutaneous vasculitisMethodsSixtysix cases of patients with allergic cutaneous vasculitis were randomly divided into two groups All patients were treated with the comprehensive therapy,such as compound rutin, vitamin C and dipyridamoleTo the treatment group（34 cases）,except the methods of above,another drug compound glycyrrhizin tales was chosenTo observe and record the variety state of illness, number of lesions of skin and adverse reaction of the whole body and the part before medication and at two, four and six weeks of treatmentResultsAfter twoweek treatment, the efficiency rate of the treatment group was 3823% and that of the control group was 1875%There was not statistically difference（P〉005）It became respectively 6470% and 3437% after fourweek treatment, and compared the two groups was statistically significant difference（P〈005）; After 6 weeks treatment the total effective rate were 8529% in treatment group and 5625% in control group with significant difference （P〈005）Both groups had no obvious adverse reactionsConclusionCompound glycyrrhizin is effective for the treatment of allergic cutaneous vasculitisIt deserves for the further clinic application
