两种根管封闭剂对椭圆形根管单尖法充填效果的比较 被引量:15

A comparison of the apical sealing ability of two root canal sealers with single-cone obturation technique in oval shaped root canals

摘要 目的:比较根管封闭剂iRoot SP与AH-Plus在单尖法充填椭圆形根管时的根尖封闭效果。方法:选择40个近期拔除的椭圆形单根管前磨牙,随机分为2个实验组(iRoot SP组、AH-Plus组)(n=15)、2个对照组(阳性对照组、阴性对照组)(n=5)。机用Reciproc镍钛器械预备所有根管至#40、0.06锥度,分别用匹配的大锥度牙胶尖结合根管封闭剂iRoot SP与AH-Plus单尖法充填根管。用染料渗透法检测根尖微渗漏,对数据进行统计学分析。结果:iRoot SP、AH-Plus、阳性对照、阴性对照组的微渗漏值(mm)分别为2.27±0.72、2.68±0.75、11.75±0.72和0。AH-Plus组的微渗漏值略高于iRoot SP组,但无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:根管封闭剂iRoot SP与AH-Plus在应用单尖法充填椭圆形根管时具有相似的根尖封闭性能。 AIM: To evaluate the apical sealing ability of iRoot SP and AH-Plus in oval shaped canals. METHODS: 40 recently extracted human premolars with single oval canal were divided randomly into 2 experimental groups (n = 15) and positive and negative control groups (n = 5 ). The root canals were instrumented using Reciproc file to 0.06 taper, #40, and were obturated with iRoot SP with single -cone obturation technique (group iRoot SP) and AH-Plus with single-cone obturation technique (group AH-Plus) respectively. The apical microleakage was eval- uated by dye penetration method. Linear dye penetration was measured and analyzed by SPSS 13.0 software package. RESULTS : Mean depth of leakage of iRoot SP and AH-Plus group was (2.27 ± 0.72) mm and (2.68 ± 0.75 ) mm re- spectively(P 〉 0.05 ), that of positive and negative control group was (11.75 ± 0.72)mm and 0 respectively. CON- CLUSION: iRoot SP has similar apical sealing ability to AH-plus when using a single-cone obturation technique in oval canals.
