摘要 基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)是降解细胞外基质的重要酶类之一,在根尖周病的发生发展中起重要作用,已证实在根尖周病变的组织中主要存在MMP-1、-2、-8、-9、-13。本文就MMPs在根尖周病中的作用作一综述。 Matrix metaUoproteinases (MMPs) are a group of important enzymes degrading extracellular ma- trix. It has been found that MMPs play important roles in the development of periapical lesions. The major MMPs in periapical tissues of periapical periodontitis are MMP - 1, - 2, - 8, - 9 and MMP - 13. This paper reviews the roles of MMPs, particularly MMP - 1, -2, -8, -9 and MMP - 13, in the pathogenesis of periapical lesions.
