摘要
针对集成电路压电(ICP)型传感器抗振动和抗热冲击性能不足的问题,实验对比了高阻电荷型与ICP型压电传感器的抗振动以及抗热冲击干扰性能,发现电荷输出型相比于ICP型压电传感器对复杂测试环境有较好的抑制作用。采用电荷输出型压电传感器设计了存储测试装置及其抗振动、防潮的保护外壳。实验表明:设计的存储测试装置能可靠触发,可实现冲击波压力信号的采集、显示和回读。
Aiming at the poor performance of vibration resistance and thermal shock resistance of integrated circuit piezoelectric( ICP) type piezoelectric sensor,experiments are carried out to compare the performance of vibration resistance and thermal shock resistance between high impedance charge type and ICP type piezoelectric sensor. It is found that high impedance charge type piezoelectric sensor has better inhibitory effect on complex test environment than ICP type. The storage test device and its vibration resistance and moisture proof shell are designed based on high impedance charge type piezoelectric sensor. Experiments show that the designed storage test device can be reliably triggered,which can realize collecting,displaying and returning of shock wave pressure signal.
