摘要 现场质谱仪在野外长时间续航,要求低功耗、高工作效率、宽范围扫描电压的射频电源予以支持。为满足这些要求,设计了基于E类功放模型的射频电源。使用ADS设计π型阻抗匹配网络,通过Multisim联合仿真,对已设计的匹配网络进行参数优化,提高工作效率。与其它射频电源相比,采用单管E类开关功放,在简化设计、提升效率、提高射频扫描电压方面更具优势,并能够有效提高质谱仪的质量数扫描范围,增强质谱仪器的现场检测能力,具有十分广泛的应用前景和实际意义。 When mass spectrometer is used in the field during a long time,the radio frequency( RF) power is required to work with low power consumption,high efficiency and wide range scanning voltage. To meet these requirements,design a kind of RF power supply based on class E power amplifier model. Based on ADS,design πtype impedance matching network and by joint simulation of Multisim,matching network designed for parameter optimization,improve working efficiency. Compared with other RF power,the design using a single class E switching power amplifier is more simple,efficient as well as increasing RF scanning voltage. Besides,the design effectively broadens the scanning range of the mass number and strengthens the field detecting ability of mass spectrometer,thus owning broad prospect of application and practical significance.
