摘要
研究N-叔丁基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺(TBBS)、2-硫醇基苯并噻唑(M)、二硫化四甲基秋兰姆(TMTD)3种促进剂对环氧化程度为25的环氧化天然橡胶(ENR 25)的硫化特性、交联密度、力学性能及耐热空气老化性能的影响。研究结果表明,在所选的三种促进剂中,添加促进剂TBBS的ENR25具有较长的焦烧时间,较合适的硫化速度,同时具有较大的交联密度、最佳的力学性能及较好的耐热空气老化性能与热氧稳定性,是ENR25硫化的最佳促进剂。
The effects of three accelerators,such as N-tert-butyl-2-benzothiazyl sulphenamide( TBBS),2-mercaptobenzothiazole( M) and tetramethylthiuram disulphide( TMTD) on cure characteristics,crosslink densities,mechanical properties and hot-air aging of epoxidized natural rubber with 25 mol % epoxidation( ENR25) were studied. The results showed that the ENR25 with accelerator NS showed the longer scorch time and appropriate cure rate. Meanwhile TBBS gave the higher crosslink density,the best mechanical property,hot-air aging resistance and thermal-oxidative stability for ENR25. So the accelerator TBBS is the best choice for ENR25.
