聚氨酯有机涂层体系的加速光老化降解机理研究 被引量:8

摘要 聚氨酯有机涂层在使用过程中,会受到自然界中各种因素的作用而发生老化。其中,太阳光和水是导致涂层老化的最主要的环境因素之一。本文分别采用氙弧灯和荧光紫外灯循环加速光老化来模拟太阳光及水环境,研究涂层的老化规律和降解机理。对比涂层老化前后光泽、色差等外观性能的变化,并用ATR-FTIR(全反射-傅里叶红外光谱)研究涂层表面树脂面漆体系特征官能团的变化情况,结果表明涂层在不同的光老化条件下的老化历程和老化产物不同。 Many environmental factors will affect on the properties of organic coatings,sun light and water are the main two destroying factors. In this article,xenon lamp and UV irradiation circulate aging equipments were used to simulate the two effect factors and to carry out accelerated light aging of the coatings. The aging regulation and degradation mechanism were studied. Its gloss loss rate and color difference were tested. The variety of functional group was researched by ATR-FTIR( attenuated total reflection-Fourier transform infrared spectrum). The results showed that the coating has different degradation process under two aging mode.
