初始注射胰岛素的糖尿病患者生活质量及影响因素分析

The Investigation of Quality of Life in Diabetes Patients with the Initial Insulin Injections

目的分析初始注射胰岛素的糖尿病患者的生活质量及影响因素。方法回顾性调查起始胰岛素治疗的2型糖尿病患者111例,并纳入95例未使用胰岛素的患者作为对照,筛查影响糖尿病患者生活质量的相关因素。结果回归分析显示,年龄和使用胰岛素是糖尿病患者焦虑的主要危险因素,OR值分别为1.073（1.009-1.141）,9.121（2.662-31.252）;年龄和使用胰岛素影响糖尿病患者自我健康评分。结论增龄和使用胰岛素是影响糖尿病患者焦虑状态和生活质量评分的危险因素。

Objective To investigate quality of life in diabetic patients with the initial insulin injections . Methods A total of 111 type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with initial insulin therapy and 95 patients without insulin therapy were recruited from the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University . We screened the factors influencing quality of life in those patients . Results Age and the use of insulin were two major risk factors for diabetic patients with anxiety ,and OR values were 1 .073 （1 .009-1 .141） ,9 .121（2 .662-31 .252） ,respectively .Age and use of insulin affected self-health score of diabetic patients . Conclusion Age and the use of insulin were the risk factors for anxiety status and quality of life score in diabetic patients .
