清末民国汉字简化研究信息库建设

A data base for simplified Chinese characters since the end of Qing or Republic of China

应在研制清末民国汉字简化研究论著目录的基础上建设信息库,搭建信息共享平台。同时,应系统研究清末民国汉字简化方法、简化原则及其对新中国成立后汉字简化工作的影响,述评重要学者的贡献,分析当时未真正确立简体字正字地位的原因;搜集解放区汉字简化成果;研究政治、社会等外在因素对汉字简化的影响,确立适度的汉字规范干预机制等问题。

This paper argues that a data base should be established for the exploration of Chinese characters since the end of Qing or Republic of China in relation to indexes of research works and information platforms.More efforts should be made with regard to simplification methods,principles,and related works done during and after the Chinese civil war.The purpose is to detect the influential factors upon the simplified Chinese characters.
