京津冀协同发展中统一行政执法程序法制研究

法治是京津冀协同发展的重要保障。对区域重大行政执法问题,及时制定出台统一行政执法程序,推进区域内行政执法体制改革,针对具有区域性行政执法事项开展联合执法。统一行政执法程序能保证执法标准相对统一,以预防和解决协同发展过程中出现的问题和纠纷,保障京津冀协同发展的合法有序进行。

The rule of law is a guarantee for collaborative development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.As for the major administrative issues of law enforcement,it is urgent to introduce unified administrative law enforcement procedures and promote the reformation of the regional administrative procedures.
