The paper analyzes the evaluation criterion of female value in Japan based of the issue of ＂who is the women achiever in Japanese Society＂.Japanese Society has a model of ＂family role （wife, mother） ＋ a＂ to evaluate successful women.The paper explained the formation of the model and the gender issues in detail.The evaluation of Japanese Society for female achiever shows that the family role＇s realization is the priority in female success,and the secondary element is the value and contribution of women to society.
