根据钢铁企业大型仪器设备管理现状,针对管理中存在的问题,提出了相应的对策与措施。指出应重视大型仪器设备管理中的采购环节,通过广泛调研、充分论证及科学分析,要求采购人员必须熟悉有关工艺流程,掌握专业理论等相关知识,以降低成本和优化采购为核心,培养专业高效的采购团队,提高企业设备管理队伍的整体素质和工作水平,从而促进大型仪器设备的全面管理。

Relevant countermeasures were put forward according to the current situation of large-scale in- strument equipment management in steel enterprises and the existing problems. The author points out attach- ing importance to procurement process in large-scale instrument equipment management, adopting extensive investigation, full demonstration and scientific analysis, requesting purchasing personnel to be familiar with process and grasp professional theory and knowledge, with cost reduction and purchasing optimization as core, to cultivate high efficient professional purchasing team and lift the overall quality and working level of enter- prise equipment management team, thus to promote management over large-scale instrument equipment in an all-round base.
