益气扶正法联合高效抗逆转录病毒治疗对艾滋病患者免疫重建的Meta分析

Benefiting Qi for Strengthening Method and HAART in HIV/AIDS Patients Immune Reconstruction: A Meta-analysis

目的:评价中医药益气扶正法联合高效抗逆转录病毒治疗(HAART)对艾滋病患者的免疫重建的临床疗效及安全性。方法:根据检索式计算机检索相关文献,全面收集关于中医药益气扶正法联合HAART对艾滋病患者免疫重建影响的临床随机对照试验(RCT),对符合纳入标准的试验依据Cochrane协作网进行质量评价、资料数据提取,采用Rev Man 5.2软件进行系统评价。结果:共纳入18项RCT,1682例患者。大部分纳入文献研究方法学质量较差,且存在较大的偏倚风险。结论:益气扶正法联合HAART对艾滋病患者免疫重建有一定的优势。联合用药能够提高CD4+水平,症状体征积分,降低不良反应的发生。由于纳入的试验部分质量较低,故仍需多中心,大样本的双盲随机对照试验进一步验证支持,以期做出更为严谨的系统评价。

Objective： To assess the curative effect and safety of benefiting Qi for strengthening method and HAART in the immune reconstruction on HIV/AIDS patients. Methods： According to the related literature which was retrieved by the indexing computer,we carried out a comprehensive collection of the clinical randomized controlled trials（ RCT） about the immune reconstruction of the HIV/AIDS patients by the traditional Chinese medicine of both benefiting Qi for strengthening and HAART. The quality evaluation and data extraction for those test were according to the Cochrane and Rev Man5. 2 software system was used to make the Meta-analysis. Results： Participants included 18 RCTs,1682 cases of patients. Most of them which included in the literature research methodology have poor quality and greater risk of bias. Conclusion： This situation has a couple of advantages. Combination can improve the level of CD4＋,signs and symptoms integral and reduce the occurrence of side effects. Due to the poor quality of the part of tests which included in the literature research methodology,we still need multi-center,large sample,double-blind randomized controlled trial,in the hope of the rigorous system evaluation.
