基于中西医学优势互补浅谈心肌梗塞的诊疗

Some Views on Diagnosis and Treatment of Myocardial Infarction Based on Complementary Advantages of Chinese and Western Medicine

中医和西医是医学中两种不同的学术体系,由于二者产生于不同的文化背景之下,进而导致了二者在基础理论、思维方式、治疗手段等方面各有千秋。那么,在进行心肌梗塞诊疗的过程中,如果能够充分地认识到中西医对该病诊疗的差异之处,就有利于发挥彼此优势、扬长避短、优势互补,进而提高临床的治疗效果。鉴于此,作者从病证结合,中西医汇通的角度对心肌梗塞的诊疗做了简要的概述。

Traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine are different academic system arising under different cultural background and thus a great deal of diversity in term of the basic theory,ways of thinking,treatment means was leaded. If we can fully understand the differences between Chinese and Western medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of myocardial infarction,good therapeutic effect would be reached by playing each other advantages. From the point of view of disease syndrome and integrated traditional and Western medicine,the author briefly discusses some issues about diagnosis and treatment of myocardial infarction.
