复方苦参注射液对乳腺癌术后化疗患者的疗效及不良反应的影响

Toxic and Side Effects of Compound Matrine Injection in Breast Cancer Adjuvant Chemotherapy

目的:观察复方苦参注射液联合化疗治疗乳腺癌的近期疗效和不良反应对比。方法:将118例乳腺癌术后患者随机分成复方苦参注射液联合化疗组共56例,单纯化疗组共62例,两组均化疗6周期,21 d为1个周期。结果:近期疗效方面,治疗后联合组肿瘤标志CEA、CA153水平显著低于化疗组(P<0.05)。化疗不良反应方面,联合组血白细胞降低、肝功能损害、胃肠道反应、乏力的发生率均低于化疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组的疾病无进展生存期无差别(P>0.05)。结论:复方苦参注射液可显著改善乳腺癌患者化疗过程中产生的不良反应,提高患者的化疗耐受性,近期疗效显著,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective： To compare the effects of Compound Matrine Injection on the toxic and side effects in adjuvant chemotherapy of breast cancer. Methods： A total of 118 patients with breast cancer were randomly divided into two groups. Fifty-six patients were treated with Compound Matrine Injection and chemotherapy and 62 patients with chemotherapy only. Chemotherapy was performed in both groups for 6 cycles（ 21 days/cycle）. Results： Short-term effects,the levels of tumor maker CEA and CA153 were lower than those of chemotherapy group（ P〈0. 05）. The drop of white blood cells,ALT increasing,gastrointestinal reaction and the reaction of fatigue was slighter than that of chemotherapy group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The research shows that the combination of Compound Matrine Injection,with conspicuous recent therapeutic effect,can significantly improve the toxic and side effects of breast cancer after chemotherapy and so it is worthy of popularizing and applying in clinical chemotherapy.
