综合治疗童年孤独症60例临床分析

Comprehensive Treatment of 60 Cases of Childhood Autism

目的:分析采用中西医结合双管齐下、医护康紧密结合的综合方法治疗童年孤独症患儿的临床疗效。方法:选取本院符合标准的孤独症患儿60例,在自愿原则前提下随机分为两组,30例为一组,对照组主要采取康复治疗项目,观察组在对照组的基础上配合药物、针刺、推拿等各种中医传统诊疗方法治疗,以3个月为1个周期,以孤独症儿童ABC、CARS量表及Gesell儿童发育量表作为判定疗效的标准。结果:对照组和观察组患儿经过1个周期的坚持治疗,较治疗前均有差异性的疗效,而相比之下观察组患儿总体上比对照组疗效更具显著性。结论:本院对孤独症患儿的治疗中西医结合,医护康齐上,综合干预,全面出击,总有效率明显比单纯康复治疗提升幅度大,且病源丰富,可靠性大,值得临床推广。

Objective： To analyze the combination of both Chinese and western medicine and comprehensive method for childhood autism. Methods： In our hospital,60 cases which met the standard,under the precondition of voluntary principles,were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases as a group. The control group mainly adopted rehabilitation items and on the basis of the control group,the observation group was treated with medicine,acupuncture,massage and other traditional cure methods of Chinese medicine. Three months was as a cycle. The main outcome indicators including ABC,CARS scale and Gesell child growth scale were used as the evaluating indexes. Results： After one period of adherence treatment,children of control group and observation group had the difference of curative effect. By comparison,the observation group＇ s children general curative effect was more significant than that of the control group. Conclusion： Our hospital for the treatment of children with autism combines traditional Chinese and western medicine. The total effective rate is larger than that of the simple rehabilitation treatment and the source is rich,reliability and the treatment is worthy of clinical promotion.
