清胃活血汤联合法莫替丁治疗气滞血瘀型急性胃炎患者疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy on Acute Gastritis Stagnation by Famotidine and Qingwei Huoxue Decoction

目的:探讨清胃活血汤联合法莫替丁治疗气滞血瘀型急性胃炎患者临床疗效。方法:根据随机数字表法将本组纳入的107例患者随机分为治疗组(n=56)和对照组(n=51)。治疗组采用清胃活血汤联合法莫替丁治疗,对照组仅给予法莫替丁治疗。两组疗程均为1周。疗程结束后评价两组临床疗效,评价两组中医症状积分治疗前后变化,评价两组治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗组治疗1周后总有效率(92.86%)显著高于对照组(78.43%),且具有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组上脘疼痛、食欲下降、呕血治疗后积分均较治疗前显著降低,且具有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗组上脘疼痛、食欲下降、呕血治疗后积分显著低于对照组,且具有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗组治疗期间不良反应发生率(8.92%)显著低于对照组(31.37%),且具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:清胃活血汤联合法莫替丁治疗气滞血瘀型急性胃炎患者临床疗效显著,且不良反应少,临床应用安全可靠,值得进一步研究推广。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of famotidine and Qingwei Huoxue Decoction in patients with blood stasis type of acute gastritis. Methods： According to the random number table,107 patients were randomly divided into treatment group（ n = 56） and control group（ n = 51）. The treatment group used Qingwei Huoxue Decoction combined with famotidine and the control group only received famotidine. The treatment lasted one week. After treatment,evaluate the clinical efficacy,TCM symptom scores and adverse events during treatment. Results： After one week,the treatment group＇ s treatment efficiency（ 92. 86%） was significantly higher than the control group＇s（ 78. 43%） and had a statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）.The two groups＇ pain,loss of appetite and vomiting after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment（ P〈0. 05）. The treatment group＇s pain,loss of appetite and vomiting after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group and had significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. The treatment group＇s incidence of adverse reactions（ 8. 92%） was significantly lower than the control group＇s（ 31. 37%） and had a statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Famotidine combined with Qingwei Huoxue Decoction has significant clinical efficacy on patients with blood stasis type of acute gastritis and few adverse reactions. It is safe,reliable and worthy of further research and promotion.
