摘要
目的:研究多叶棘豆叶、茎、花、根多糖的体外抗氧化作用。方法:分光光度法测定多叶棘豆叶、茎、花、根多糖对羟基自由基、亚硝酸根的清除率。结果:多叶棘豆叶、花、茎、根多糖对羟基自由基、亚硝酸根均有清除作用,其中对羟基自由基的清除作用较强,而对亚硝酸根的清除作用较弱,且随着多糖浓度增大,其抗氧化性逐渐增强,其中,根的清除能力最强,其次是茎,而叶和花的清除能力相对弱。结论:该研究为进一步开发和利用多叶棘豆多糖提供理论依据。
Objective: To study the antioxidant activity of polysaccharides in leaves,stems,flowers and roots of Oxytropis Myriophy. Methods: The clearance of hydroxyl radicals and nitrite ions by polysaccharides in different parts of Oxytropis Myriophy was measured by spectrophotometry. Results: All the four parts of Oxytropis Myriophy could clear away hydroxyl radicals and nitrite ions. The clearance of hydroxyl radicals was higher than that of nitrite ions. The root polysaccharide showed the highest antioxidant activity,followed by the stem polysaccharide. The polysaccharide in leave and flower indicated a relatively lower clearance of hydroxyl radicals and nitrite ions. The antioxidant activity increased with the increasing polysaccharide concentration. Conclusion:The study provides a theoretical basis for the further development and application of Oxytropis Myriophy polysaccharides.
