A Dynamic Comparison of Investment Environment in Different Regions of Kazakhstan

哈萨克斯坦与中国毗邻,国内政治稳定,是中亚地区经济发展速度最快的国家,中国企业对哈萨克斯坦的投资明显加速。运用因子分析评估哈萨克斯坦各地区的投资环境,结果显示,各地区的投资环境差别较大,两级分化较为严重,同时,受外部因素影响,近年来哈萨克斯坦各地区总体投资环境有恶化的趋势。哈萨克斯坦中央和地方政府都应采取合理有效的措施改善投资环境、缩小地区差距;在哈萨克斯坦投资的中国企业应谨慎地选择投资区位。

Kazakhstan is adjacent to China with domestic political stability, and it is the fastest developing country in Central Asia. Chinese enterprises have significantly accelerated investment in Kazakhstan. Using factor analysis to evaluate the investment environment of Kazakhstan, the result shows that the regional investment environment are different, and the differentiation is serious. At the same time, affected by external factors, the overall investment environment in various regions of Kazakhstan has a tendency to deteriorate in recent years. Kazakhstan＇ s central and local governments should take effective measures to improve the investment environment, narrow the regional gap; foreign enterprises in Kazakhstan should be careful to select investment location.
