微型党课规范性与灵活性的融合研究——以高校学生党支部为例

Research on the Integration of Standardization and Flexibility for Micro-party Course: Illustrated by the Example of University Student Party Branch

微型党课作为当前党课教育的创新模式,在高校基层党组织党课教育中占据重要地位。高校学生党支部微型党课较传统党课在教育内容、教育媒介和教育时间上的选择更灵活,但教育对象的不同,决定了其运行模式不同于社区街道。当前高校学生党支部微型党课存在理论研究不足、缺乏具体指导、随意性严重等问题。高校学生党支部微型党课规范性与灵活性的融合应从课程的本质特征出发,围绕课程组织者、课程实施者和课程媒介等要素来开展,促进高校学生党建工作水平的提升。

As a new model of party course, micro-party course has played an important role in the party course of college primary party organization. Compared with traditional party course, micro-party course for university student party branch is more flexible in the choice of education content, education media and education time. Education object determines its operation mode different from that of community. Micro-party course should integrate standardization and flexibility, study curriculum nature, and explore the elements including curriculum organizers, curriculum implementers and curriculum media to improve university students party building work.
